Yesterday’s Divine Service for the departed was conducted in Hong Kong by the District Apostle. The sermon elaborated on Matthew 28:18.

 

“Jesus Christ has power to redeem all souls, on earth as in the beyond. He wants to use His authority for salvation of all souls and we want to help Him being a witness and give proof of our faith, fidelity and unity being one with Him in following”

 

 

The host, DEv. Ilex Lam led also through the planning of the Chief Apostle visit in September which will take place at the Wu Kwai Sha Chapel of the Youth Village of the YMCA Hong Kong, on 26th September 2018. At this festive event the pastoral responsibility will be handed over to Apostle Peter Schulte who will be appointed District Apostle of Australia and Oceania in Brisbane on 30th September.
